The post holder will be responsible for providing efficient and timely administration services to participants of international employee benefit schemes and trusts in relation to transfers out / distributions there from
RESPONSIBILITIESThe main duties of this role will include but not be limited to the following: - Investigation and response to participant queries
- Maintaining member details on core systems
- Logging progress of each participant through the transfer process to ensure deadlines / key milestones are met
- Liaising with other cees teams, the Private Banking team / other in-house specialists and other of the Banks teams as required to ensure the efficient and coordinated delivery of participant services to members
- Liaising with third party intermediaries e.g. lawyers / actuaries
- Preparation of reports / team performance statistics
- Maintenance of key checklists / team procedures to ensure compliance with ISO requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED- Broad understanding of trustee risks and responsibilities
- Educated to A – Level standard or equivalent
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent telephone skills
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Completer/finisher – ability to see tasks through to the end
- Previous trust experience desirable
- Understanding of the intuitive / perceptive approach required when dealing with the particular requirements of senior plan members
Ability to prioritise effectively - Good team player
- Ownership of team work
Willingness to work longer hours when required Flexible - Competent IT skills with good knowledge of Excel
- Confident user / browser of internet site information
