RESPONSIBILITIES- Organising meetings with external / internal clients
Maintaining / managing diary Arranging travel Completing expense forms after business trips Collating information for meetings / board packs and distributing to relevant clients Sorting and distributing internal and external mail to team Maintaining / printing incoming faxes Answering telephone / taking descriptive telephone messages Preparing documents for signature / comment by Director and distribution Mail merges and distribution of information and documentation to investors Other ad-hoc duties to assist the team in their day to day activities
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbal and written at all levels (a large proportion of client and intermediary interaction necessary)
Good organisational skills for self and others Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel Ability to prioritise effectively High level of accuracy and attention to detail Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Good team player Flexible Willing to work longer hours when required
