RESPONSIBILITIES- Supporting the financial statements production for clients under administration
Preparing associated documents for signature / comment by management team and distribution Collation and distribution of information and documentation to clients Organising meetings with external / internal clients Maintaining / managing diary Arranging travel Completing expense forms after business trips Collating information for meetings / board packs and distributing to relevant parties Answering telephone / taking descriptive telephone messages Sorting and distributing internal and external mail as necessary Adhoc support for the Participant Services Teams Taking part in ad-hoc project work
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbal and written at all levels
High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, email systems and Internet Ability to prioritise effectively Able to complete key tasks in a timely manner Ability to work unsupervised Completer / finisher – ability to see tasks through to the end Good telephone skills Previous secretarial experience Discrete Good team player Good time management skills Proactive / uses initiative Flexible Willing to work longer hours when required
