The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely inputting and maintenance of data held in in-house systems.

The main duties of this role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Data maintenance in core banking systems to include:
    Account openings & closures
    Trust, company & member creation, maintenance and related documentation.
    Web maintenance, to include:
    Password creation,
    Page set up, and maintenance
    Jobstream inputting and maintenance:
    Stock purchases and sales
    Member statement production 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficient In Excel
    Good knowledge of Mail Merge
    Bookkeeping knowledge advantageous but not essential
    High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst dealing with significant volumes of data
    Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
    Ability to work unsupervised
    Completer / finisher – ability to see tasks through to the end
    Good team player
    Flexible
    Willing to work longer hours when required
    Competent IT skills with good knowledge of Excel
