The purpose of this job is to undertake the efficient and effective delivery of Banking and Treasury Operations services by the timely and accurate execution of all administrative and processing responsibilities as required.
responsibilities:Managing accuracy levels for own work and checking of others, ensuring deadlines and cut offs are adhered to, ensuring full compliance with Group policies and procedures and adherence to regulatory requirements Pro-actively participate in personal development and share learning with others, to provide coverage and enable cross functional training. Consistently raising competency and performance standards, ensuring the delivery of customer service excellence. Pro-actively contribute to the development and adherence of department controls and procedures to ensure the most efficient processes are in place to mitigate risk or loss. Ensure all key controls and checklists are followed and signed off on a daily basis, to ensure the enhancement of customer service excellence. Timely preparation of profit and loss reports adhering to the Company guidelines, ensuring procedural and process gaps are highlighted appropriately and amended accordingly Positively contribute to improve customer service standards within the teams by participating in continuous improvement and following agreed action plans for the continued delivery of excellent customer service for all internal and external clients.
