The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in the provision of a high quality service. They wll provide key support in investment administration conducted within the Banking Group. In addition, ensure the general administrative duties delegated by the Management Team are dealt with diligently and within the agreed time frame.
The main duties of this role will also include but not be limited to the following:
- Monitor investment records and file all associated paperwork in an orderly manner.
- Forward annual review reminders to Private Bankers and record this action on Siebel.
- Assist managers in the sales campaigns and projects.
- Support Siebel Administrator in mail shots from Siebel.
- Responsible for the weekly whereabouts report.
- Support Middle Office Team should the need arise.
- Supervise the overdraft report.
- Review Affluent Credit Facility report.
- Review quality of documentation scanned into Content Manager.
- Ensure BI Net Banking Front/ Middle Office details are complete and in date.
- Review client signing mandates held against client database.
- Monitor CPD logging.
- Review cash debit report, ensuring service requests are forwarded to the relevant Private Banker.
- Responsible for the monthly inactive report and subsequent letters to be forwarded to clients.
- Review monthly charges/waivers report.
- Assist with producing MIS.
- General support to the relevant team.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work to deadlines and cope under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent keyboard skills.
- Good organisational skills and an ability to work to a high level of accuracy and reliability.
- A flexible and team orientated approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Self motivation and an ability to work under pressure.
- PC literacy-RIBS/Databank/E-mail/Word/Excel.
