To assist the account officers and managers in the day-to-day client administration. Dealing with the processing of payments, cash input and general banking and administrative duties. Delivering a high level of service to our clients at all times. Helping the relationship officers and managers to add value and to grow strategic Client Relationships ensuring that standards committed to in our Service level agreements are met and where appropriate exceeded.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Account Management
- Completion of payments in GPB Online and positions forms in an accurate and timely manner
- Able to extract the correct information needed from clients instructions
- Able to work to deadlines
- Good understanding of Payment processing, Spot Values and currency routing
- Excellent input skills
- Dealing with Cheque processing in an efficient and accurate manner
- Managing fixed deposit instruments in a timely and accurate manner.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Above all Client Focus
- In-depth knowledge of FX, money market activities and electronic transfer procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of Rib’s/Milvus product suite and strategy.
- Views problems as opportunities. Magnet of positivism. Performance driven, self motivated.
- Good communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Team player & developer.
- Must be able to work under pressure and to constant deadlines.
