The primary responsibility is to deliver accurate and timely reports on investment managers to the trustees. This involves specialist software as well as the use of a wide range of Bank software applications.

Each member of the team has responsibility for delivering the service to a defined set of trust directors and is responsible for liaising with both them and their staff.

The ongoing administration of the service involves the set up and maintenance of investment portfolio records. This includes recording the various investment parameters, benchmarks etc. specific to each client portfolio, as well as the various data required for investment performance calculations.

Reports must be generated and distributed within tight deadlines.

Annual investment review meetings are held with the trustees and each team member is responsible for recording any action points and following these up.

Skills required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• A high degree of numeracy is also important, including an understanding of compound interest/return calculations.
