A vacancy has arisen for a part time Annual Reviewer with particular responsibility for checking that all regulatory documents are up to date, completed in full and filed in accordance with JFSC compliance requirements..
Duties

To ensure all corresponded both client related and internal is filed / scanned on a daily basis
To ensure all vouchers, statements and other accounting related information is scanned on a daily basis
To ensure all statutory filing, including minutes is filed / scanned
To ensure that all files are regularly reviewed and culled as required
Assisting with archiving of documents / files
Assisting with ad hoc office projects which may be required from time to time, including for example copying items for administrators
Acting as central contact point for stationary ordering, liaising with supplier (s) and staff, checking deliveries, ensuring adequate supplies maintained of key stock items and liaising with the Finance Team with regard to invoice enquiries
Assisting with ad hoc collections / deliveries that may be required from time to time

Requirements

Must be numerate and literate
Good knowledge of English
Able to work as part of team and on own initiative
Good organisational skills
Competent with IT, including knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word ( Microsoft office ), as well as knowledge of scanning systems being an advantage
