The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely inputting and maintenance of data held in in-house systems.

The main duties of this role will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Data maintenance in core Banking systems to include:
  • Account openings & closures
  • Trust, company & member creation, maintenance and related documentation.
  • Investment preference set up and maintenance
  • Web maintenance, to include:
  • Password creation,
  • Page set up, and maintenance
  • Jobstream inputting and maintenance:
  • Stock purchases and sales
  • Member statement production
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Educated to A – level standards or equivalent
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst dealing with significant volumes of data
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Completer / finisher – ability to see tasks through to the end
  • Good team player
  • Flexible
  • Willing to work longer hours when required
  • Competent IT skills with good knowledge of Excel
