Provide assistance to ensure the smooth running of the administration of the companies within the Group. Assist with the provision of reports to the Board and management of companies within the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule board meetings and assist with the preparation and collation of board packs for the board meetings - Providing corporate data to the members, directors and third parties upon request - Assisting with a review of the Companies’ Annual Accounts to ensure that they reflect the changes in corporate data and directorships - Maintaining corporate data sheets and structure charts of the companys entities; - Assisting with restructuring proposals - Assisting with annual reviews of the corporate data held for each company to ensure that it meets regulatory requirements Skills/Knowledge Required:Experience working in an administration capacity within a financial institution Experience of corporate and institutional banking and private client (including trust) areas Excellent spoken and written communication skills Self motivated with a willingness to learn new areas relating to the administration of business To Apply:If you are interested in this role and would like to find out more information, then please do not hesitate in contacting Sarah on ( 01534) 83 24 63 where she will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
