Our client is looking to recruit an experienced corporate receptionist to join their busy team. 

The receptionist duties will include the following:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
    Answering all incoming calls through the switchboard - this will require having a thorough knowledge of all facets of the business
    Booking of meeting rooms and organising catering requirements
    Organising couriers and taxis
    Arranging catering for meetings
    Purchasing of stationery and office supplies
    Managing incoming and outgoing post
The successful corporate receptionist will have the following personal characteristics:
  • Flawless in your interpersonal and communication skills, Immaculately presented, willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done!
