You will be providing support full support to a very busy Managing Director. You must have at least five years experine in a similar role. 

Your main duties will be:

  • extensive diary management,
  • travel arrangements,
  • composing and preparing internal and external correspondence in addition to maintaining and routing correspondence,
  • assisting to fill in for other support staff, travel expenses,
  • assisting with any ad hoc reports and projects,
  • monitoring and implementing of company policy and screening calls,
  • incoming mail and receiving visitors.

This is an extremely demanding role and you will be expected to produce a very high standard of work under pressure so candidates will need to be self motivated, very organised, highly efficient, excellent communicators and resilient.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have had recent relevant experience working a Senior level within Financial Services. Advanced level on MS office is essential.
