This busy and varied role requires the post holder to work with a team to supply information to various trade mark offices or agencies around the world. The post holder will also be expected to assist with the preparation of invoices in a number of different currencies whilst accurately maintaining our database.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- Receive official certificates, check they are correct and send them to client.
- Attend to all on-going diary, by corresponding with clients and liasing with Trade Mark Offices and Agencies.
- Open the relevant file, and if necessary advise client of the documentary requirements for the matter in hand.
- File the relevant recordal, providing all the necessary details and documents to various Trade Mark Offices or agencies.
- Prepare client invoices in a number of different countries.
- Ensure that the files and database are accurately maintained.
- Any further agreed duties which are deemed to be reasonable
