We are looking to increase our core staff on the Trust Support Services Team. This is a permanent back office role working as part of a busy team, in support of the Trust and Company Administrators. The work is varied and interesting with the opportunity to progress within the team. Working hours are 9-5.
DUTIES- Safe Custody - sorting, filing and distribution
- Authorised Signatory list production
- Updating Statutory Corporate information and investigation
- Fee processing
- Standard minutes preparation and Accounts despatch
- Assisting with special projects, including research
- Data input (Mail and computer vouchers etc.)
- Communicating by letter, fax, e-mail and verbally
- Running reports/ Distributing
- Updating various PC documents - Excel and Word
- General administration duties delegated by supervisor
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Previous Office experience
- Accuracy, attention to detail
- Excellent PC skills incl. Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Common sense and initiative
- Good team player
