We are looking to increase our core staff on the Trust Support Services Team.  This is a permanent back office role working as part of a busy team, in support of the Trust and Company Administrators.  The work is varied and interesting with the opportunity to progress within the team.  Working hours are 9-5.

 

DUTIES

  • Safe Custody -  sorting, filing and distribution
  • Authorised Signatory list production
  • Updating Statutory Corporate information and investigation
  • Fee processing
  • Standard minutes preparation and Accounts despatch
  • Assisting with special projects, including research
  • Data input (Mail and computer vouchers etc.)
  • Communicating by letter, fax, e-mail and verbally
  • Running reports/ Distributing
  • Updating various PC documents - Excel and Word
  • General administration duties delegated by supervisor

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous Office experience
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Excellent PC skills incl. Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Common sense and initiative
  • Good team player
