Routine day-to-day administration of funds and management companies under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.
Principal Accountabilities- Administer a portfolio of more complex vehicles and liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary
- Ensure that systems are checked and maintained to guarantee that money transfers are initiated, maturing deposits renewed and all other standing items are dealt with
- Ensure full and sufficient data is provided to bookkeepers to enable them to fulfil their functions
- Arrange approval and settlement of client’s expenses
- Maintain accurate records on all computerised and manual systems
- Ensure that approvals are obtained and share registration documents are processed
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and assist other members of the team with the setting up and maintenance of spreadsheets
- Ensure eQ libraries are maintained and that staff are trained on electronic banking systems and opening new bank accounts
- Ensure that client Board Meetings and AGM’s are prepared for and documented and all ancillary documentation and Minutes are produced
- Review calls and distributions and ensure that all relevant actions are taken
- Manage the accounts distribution process
General Information- Ideally a relevant qualification should be attained
- Excellent inter-personal skills are essential
- This post may require some specific technical knowledge
- Computer literacy is essential
- Excel skills are essential
