Due to promotion a vacancy has arisen for a Senior Trust Administrator within a leading Private Bank.
JOB & SKILL REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will be required to:- - Be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate clients with a variety of needs, carrying out a variety of banking, investment and financial transactions within agreed time scales.
- Ensure that the accounts are administered in accordance with the trust deeds and administration agreement.
- Efficiently deal with general correspondence to and from client, bank, brokers, and legal firms in accordance with department standards and within agreed time scales.
- Accurately, complete annual reviews by researching client files, records and documentation.
- Have strong communication skills with people at all levels.
- Be suitably qualified or in the process of taking relevant professional examinations.
- Act as Category “B” signatory in accordance with JFSC regulations.
- Have a dedication to quality service, good organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Be a strong team player that reacts well under pressure.
- Be self-motivated, diligent, with good attention to detail.
- Be systems literate.
