Due to promotion a vacancy has arisen for a Senior Trust Administrator within a leading Private Bank.

JOB & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be required to:-

  • Be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate clients with a variety of needs, carrying out a variety of banking, investment and financial transactions within agreed time scales.
  • Ensure that the accounts are administered in accordance with the trust deeds and administration agreement.
  • Efficiently deal with general correspondence to and from client, bank, brokers, and legal firms in accordance with department standards and within agreed time scales.
  • Accurately, complete annual reviews by researching client files, records and documentation.
  • Have strong communication skills with people at all levels.
  • Be suitably qualified or in the process of taking relevant professional examinations.
  • Act as Category “B” signatory in accordance with JFSC regulations.
  • Have a dedication to quality service, good organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Be a strong team player that reacts well under pressure.
  • Be self-motivated, diligent, with good attention to detail.
  • Be systems literate.
