Trust Officer/Senior Trust Officer Print E-mail
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Trust Officer to maintain and deliver the administration of a portfolio of client cases. They will also be maintaining relationships as required to provide an over all quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a mixed portfolio of company and trust structures
- Develop strong relationships with clients, advisors and intermediaries both internal and external.
- Review accounts ledgers and prepare the pre-accounts information packs. Check accounts once complete and distribute.
- Ensure investment review process is undertaken in a timely fashion and all issues arising from the review are taken forward.
- Prepare Annual Reviews as required. Clear any points arising from the review process.
- Ensure that the centralized progress reports for the Private Client Department are maintained accurately by providing the appropriate information in a timely fashion.
- Cash management of client portfolio, including the control and clearance of fees.

Experienced Required:

- Knowledge of legal, regulatory and industry requirements
- Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures
- A minimum of three years relevant trust and company experience
