To provide trade settlement within defined service level agreements and meet market dependant deadlines. Close down fully settled trades on the system and chase Fund Manager on failing trades.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update MILVUS deal references with information from Dealing group.
• Monitor all outstanding trades, chasing contract notes where required.
• Monitor un-posted input relating to up-front payments.
• Monitor contract sedols ensuring that exchanges are completed on receipt of contract note.
• Monitor generic e mail address “Dealing Support Jersey”.
• Assist with the investigation and clearance of client queries within the procedural time frames.
• It should be kept in mind, when processing work, the bank is a client driven business and all client requirements are dealt with first and foremost..
• Review and action on a daily basis any request from the exception management team.
• Inform their supervisor immediately of any situation, which may result in either a client complaint or monetary loss.
• Support team members to ensure all allocated work is completed in a timely manner with high standards being maintained.
• Complete all filing on a daily basis.
• Complete any stock reconciliation necessary to agree Fund Manager positions to the Milvus system.
