We have developed an extensive database of candidates, which is growing daily.  By taking advantage of our subscription service you can search the database, and irrespective of how many candidates you appoint, you will not be charged a placement fee!  There are several payment options to suit the need of all employers.

Search Service

In addition to our subscription service we also offer a search service where we will search the database for you. We will only send CV’s which match the requirement of your vacancy.  This will be charged at our standard placement rate.

Job Advertising

You can advertise your vacancies on our web page.  Our rates are very competitive and candidates can either apply directly to you or you can take advantage of our selection service.

Selection

We will design bespoke selection tools for you using a mix of competency based questions and job specific questions tailored to meet your requirements.  In addition, we can conduct the first round of interviews on your behalf, providing you with a short list of the strongest candidates.
