Candidate Search

When you subscribe to Mint Recruitment you will receive your login and password, this enables you to search our database of candidates. You will be able to view the Public Profiles written by our candidates, this will include details of their skills, knowledge and experience as well as their areas of expertise.  In addition, we ask our candidates to include their salary expectation, residential qualifications and notice period as standard.

If you are interested in a public profile (or more than one) and want to review the full CV, simply contact us.  We will confirm with the candidate that they are happy for us to forward their details and the rest is up to you.  We do not arrange interviews or advise candidates if they have been shortlisted /successful or not, this is how we maintain our competitive advantage.  We do ask that you let us know if you make an offer or not, in order for us to maintain an accurate database.
