Our client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator. Working as part of a medium size HR team, you will be providing the administration support in areas such as recruitment, generation of contracts, offer letters, regret letter etc . Experience in this field is a must.
Responsibilities
- Provide a confidential secretarial service by producing accurate and well presented correspondence, memoranda and reports from own initiative or from standard templates.
Maintain an effective filing and document retrieval system. Open and dispatch mail to the appropriate person. Collect and dispatch internal mail on a regular basis throughout the day. Input data on HR Database & quality check other data input. Monitor and record applications / provide acknowledgement. Liaise with Agencies / applicants to arrange interviews. Ensure completion of recruitment process takes place, i.e. hire / rejection letter. Provide offer letter and employment contract and monitor response.Carry out credit worthiness checks, police reports and references (following pre-screening procedure) Carry out any other HR Administration required Set up personnel file and records (starter process) Ensure completion of leavers process takes place.
