The IT Support/Development Team is primarily responsible for the support and configuration of applications used by Private Wealth Management (PWM) and Trust and Security Services (TSS) in the various locations in which they operate (Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, Mauritius, etc.). The role of IT Systems Support Analyst will be part of a team reporting to the Head of Support/Development.
Responsibilities:The IT Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for the following: Providing level 2 technical support of all applications used and hosted within the Offshore group Develop reports or provide MIS to the business using Crystal reports or similar Providing technical analysis to both projects and work requests received from the business Quality assuring software developed in-house or externally Ensuring that that Policies and Standards are adhered to Essential Expertise:1-2 years in an IT systems support environment Experience of the IT software development and project lifecycle High level of SQL server knowledge or similar relational database Good knowledge of Transact SQL Competent level of understanding of the Windows 2003 and/or UNIX operating systems Strong appreciation of IT security Reference 2053Or call Loraine on 832463 Alternatively email your CV to
