Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate and timely reports on investment managers to the trustees. This involves specialist software as well as the use of a wide range of Bank software applications – full training will be given.
The ongoing administration of the service involves the set up and maintenance of investment portfolio records. This includes recording the various investment parameters, benchmarks etc. specific to each client portfolio, as well as the various data required for investment performance calculations.
Delivering a service to a defined set of trust directors and is responsible for liaising with both them and their staff.
Responsibility for relationship-building with the various companie and third party investment managers and other staff from many different parts of the Bank.
Reports must be generated and distributed within tight deadlines.
Annual investment review meetings are held with the trustees and each team member is responsible for recording any action points and following these up.
Cover for absence members of the team must be maintained.
From time to time assistance with general investment queries from the trustees will be required.
