Our client  is looking to recruit a senior administrator for their securities investigation team..

Responsibilities:

 To be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Securities Investigations & Reconciliations team by developing processes designed to meet client expectations.
To promote superior customer service to internal/external clients ensuring the team actively supports business initiatives
Analysing the risk profile of the operational processes/business models and recommending control mitigations.
Identify trends, operational problems and weaknesses and suggest solutions to senior management
Gathering, verifying and analysing information and formulating views and conclusions regarding the control and performance of the operational areas and provide feedback to senior management
To develop and actively promote professional inter departmental relations.
Proactively promote use of QTS across all Departments to ensure all queries are logged & dealt with professionally & quickly within agreed Service Level Agreements time frames
Establish, analyse & eradicate root causes of reversals & reconciliations to mitigate risk & improve operational effectiveness
To escalate issues as applicable in accordance with escalation procedures.
Assist in drafting and editing/updating service level agreements between operations and client areas
