Provide effective procurement service including stationery, printed matter and general supplies in a timely and professional manner. Continual monitoring of service requirements, and identification of efficiency opportunities with internal clients and external suppliers.
Responsibilities:Ensure all requests are dealt with in an efficient, timely and pleasant manner Collate stationery and other orders from departmental representatives on an agreed timely basis. Liaise direct with external suppliers with ordering and receiving goods. Ensure invoices are coded and signed off correctly Reviewing and ordering stock of relevant company stationery i.e letter head, compliment slips, together with general/toiletry supplies etc. Establishing and maintaining a preferred supplier list Generally assist with office services duties on an adhoc basis Knowledge and Skills Required:Ability to work with minimal supervision whilst maintaining a professional approach to work Good team player Positive, helpful attitude. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise and see tasks through to completion Have basic keyboard skills Excellent customer services outlook to all tasks performed Flexibilty in working hours which may entail some overtime and weekend working.
