Step One - Register

Step Two - Complete a Profile

Adding your Unique Personal Profile.  This will include: contact details; a copy of your CV, and your public profile and choosing the sector you would like your profile to appear in.  You are in total control of your unique personal profile and can amend or remove it at any time.  We will only block anyone if they are found to be abusing the site for the purpose it was developed.

Confidentiality

Employers can only see your Public Profile, they cannot view any contact details or your CV. We never disclose candidates' identities without consent.

Contact Details

It is your responsibility to keep these accurate and up to date.  Candidates' CVs will remain on the database for a period of three years, unless we are informed by you that you wish to have your details removed.

Public Profile

This is most important because it is what the employers can see and this is your chance to really sell yourself!  Your Public Profile can be as long or as short as you like, but remember that employers generally scan read for key information and therefore we suggest you keep it brief and concise.   Please include your salary expectations and housing qualifications as standard, the rest is really up to you.

Our Example

I have ten years experience working in Human Resources. I am MCIPD qualified with eight years post qualification experience.  I have been a Training Manager for a retail organisation for five years, but the most recent five years have been spent in the finance sector as a generalist Human Resources Manager.  I have a solid track record of managing people, having a current team of ten which includes a supervisor and a team leader.

I contribute at senior level to the business planning agenda and advise senior managers on all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, succession planning etc.  In addition, I manage the annual pay review to include negotiations with the union officials.
I am intermediate level at most Microsoft applications to include; Word, Excel and Power Point. I am competent with both Lotus Notes and Outlook.

I am looking to move to my next level in HR and would consider any sector.  My salary expectations are c. £55K + benefits. My notice period is twelve weeks.
