The relationship manager will be the prime point of contact for these clients and will be responsible for maintaining and developing the existing relationships as well as actively seeking new opportunities to provide additional employee benefit and wealth management services to them. In addition this person will be a prime point of contact for clients’ advisers and other key targeted advisers and will again be responsible for maintaining and developing these relationships.
This person will also be actively involved in developing new business opportunities in order to meet annual divisional targets. This person will have responsibility for the mentoring and training of more junior members of staff. |
