Maintaining data on portfolio management systems in respect of Clients and our clients own Offshore Funds, by processing transactions relating to equity and bond trades, derivatives, dividends, corporate actions, cash entries and FXs (spot & forward). Ensuring trade confirmations are communicated to our custodians and Valuations Team to meet deadlines, and general liaison with both on other matters.

To chair and coordinate the Asset Allocation Group with ultimate responsibility for tactical allocation of assets within  our clients core services, bringing together all constituent parts of our client`s  international investment business. In addition you will be responsible for investment performance of our clients  Asset Allocation  Services, derived from application of the appropriate process, methodology and implementation of strategy.

To be responsible for the preparation of financial reporting information within the offshore group and to assist with the Jersey Entity monthly reporting pack.

Responsibility for the preparation of financial statements and other reporting packages for corporate clients

You will be a member of a team involved in all aspects of the record keeping of retrocessions.  Will be responsible for forecasting, accruals, reporting and collection of retrocessions revenues for different business departments.  The individual will be expected to build relationships with the third party fund managers which are integral to the effectiveness of this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in the provision of a high quality service. They wll provide key support in investment administration conducted within the Banking Group. In addition, ensure the general administrative duties delegated by the Management Team are dealt with diligently and within the agreed time frame.

The post holder will work as part of a small team responsible for a project to complete outstanding bookkeeping.

The annual review administrator will provide a quality internal review service to a diverse portfolio of corporate and trust clients in order to ensure that business is compliant with internal and external business requirements, in addition they will ensure that the accounts are administered in accordance with the trust deed and administration agreements.
