The principle responsibilities of this role are to encourage and lead the Team by example and effective leadership. Ensuring that a high degree of all securities data is maintained by continually enhancing methods for preventing, detecting and correcting data by identification of efficiency opportunities. In addition to ensure that all requests, amendments and enquiries have been dealt with accurately in a timely manner.

Responsible for completing various aspects of Securities processing, including Settlements, Corporate Actions and Dividends; within defined service level agreements and meet market dependant deadlines. To liaise with Client areas and outside Agencies on matters relating to Securities issues. Provide reporting to client areas on relevant information. Manage the daily workflow. To monitor/control and minimise areas of risk.

The team within our clients Investment Consulting Services (ICS) is at the forefront of providing "practical investment analysis" on behalf of their Clients trusts and a rapidly growing number of private clients & intermediaries. The information provided via their "Performance Monitoring Service" (PMS) provides the foundation for most of the analysis that's undertaken within ICS and a team of committed individuals undertake several behind the scene tasks to ensure that the published results are both accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Responsible for providing full support to a team of Wealth Management Consultants and generally assisting with the wealth management of a portfolio of high net worth clients.  Acting as a supporting point of contact to all clients and assisting in the planning and execution of investment and sales.

The primary purpose of this role is to control the process and functions of the accounts payable team, ensuring that all supplier and staff expenses are settled in a timely efficient manner.

To assist the management accountants in the preparation of the monthly management accounts

To support the Trust operations with accurate and timely financial analysis and reports.  Support other members of the finance team in fulfilling reporting requirements within agreed deadlines.

The post holder will be responsible for analysing various forms of accounting information (financial accounts, cash statements and ledger balances) to establish an accumulated net position of income and expenses across approximately 1,500 clients. This data will then need to be accurately reflected on our accounting, portfolio and banking systems.
